All about Australian Women
I must admit I hesitated before writing this blog. I wondered whether I should really share my new secret weapon for marketing my business.
If I had discovered this tool two years ago when I had started my first business, I have no doubt I would have been five times more successful than I am now.
So if you are starting a new business, already have a business or you work for a company and know they could be doing a better job automating their sales and marketing, you want to read on.
The product I’m going to tell you about (AKA my new secret weapon) is Infusionsoft.
Infusionsoft is not a new tool, it’s just taken me two years in business to find it.
I stumbled across this great Customer Management System through many of the marketing experts who were using it. I kept noticing their blog posts and webinars being redirected through an infusionsoft link.
I decided it was time for me to check it out, and I’m so glad I did.
This program allowed to me have an all-in-one system that looked after all my contacts, e-commerce, marketing and interaction. The best part: it’s all automated.
Now I have no doubt some of you may be rolling your eyes at the thought of automated email marketing, but done correctly, it is still the highest converting marketing channel available.
On my business website, I have a carrot (a free ebook) to collect email addresses from prospects.
If you don’t have a carrot, you need one.
The idea is to dangle the carrot (a free giveaway of value) to entice your potential customer to provide their email address in exchange for the giveaway.
The email you collect goes into a sales process you set up. This can be a series of emails, or if you have a sales team, it can also include scheduled phone calls. The idea is to contact the lead while they are still hot. Depending on how the client responds, leads can be redirected to different sales funnels.
The beauty of this program is, it not only automates your email marketing it also tracks your ROI (Return on Investment) on all the advertising dollars you spend to drive web traffic. It will track where every customer comes from, the dollars spent to attract those leads and whether or not the leads eventuated into a purchase.
There is a financial investment with Infusionsoft and it does take time to set up, although they give you all the help you need along the way.
In my case and most other businesses using Infusionsoft, the return I get from using it – the increase in leads and conversions, and the time saved through automation – pays for itself over and over again.
I’m not in the business of writing ‘salesy’ blogs and you won’t find another one like this on any of my websites but I just love the product so much and thought it was my duty to share it with others who are looking to grow their business.
Do yourself a favour and check it out. I would love to hear if you have other great tips for automating your business marketing.
