My vision from the very start has always been to give women a voice online.

I want to build a platform upon which women can share their stories, the highs and lows of their personal journeys and what they’ve learnt along the way.

I also want more than that.

I want to show that, despite the social, cultural and business structures that afford women little choice in the way they participate, the brave and pioneering among us, always find an alternate route – the path less trodden.

If there isn’t one, they blaze new trails.

They create possibilities and opportunities that only those who have lived a life constrained by structures imposed upon them, can possibly imagine.

They find answers to everyday problems that only those who understand and experience the feminine can truly appreciate.

They turn sympathy and empathy into a powerful force in business to make a lasting change.

These are the stories I want to share.

But more importantly, I want that platform to effect change.
